This role goes beyond classroom teaching—focusing on mentorship, student development, and academic excellence in a residential school environment.

Key Responsibilities

​

Academic Delivery

​

Deliver high-quality teaching for JEE Advanced, JEE Mains, and/or NEET curriculum with strong conceptual depth and problem-solving focus.

​

Design and implement structured classroom pedagogy to ensure effective learning outcomes.

​

Foster a safe, inclusive, and gender-sensitive classroom environment that encourages equal participation.

​

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and promote critical thinking and analytical problem-solving.

​

Assessment & Student Performance

​

Conduct regular assessments and analyze student performance data to improve learning outcomes.

​

Provide academic guidance and test-taking strategies to help students maximize performance.

​

Mentorship & Student Development

​

Mentor students on academic growth, career pathways, and long-term learning goals.

​

Support students in exam applications, college selection, and scholarship opportunities.

​

Conduct parent counselling sessions to align on student progress, goals, and academic plans.

​

Program & School Collaboration

​

Collaborate with school administration to ensure smooth academic program execution.

​

Maintain and manage student academic records and performance data systematically.

Who We’re Looking For

Educational Qualifications

​

Full-time degree in M.Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech

​

Strong passion for teaching and working in the education sector

​

Experience

​

3+ years of full-time teaching experience in JEE Advanced, JEE Mains, or NEET curriculum

​

Language Skills

​

Proficiency in English

​

Proficiency in local/regional language is mandatory

​

Pedagogical Strength

​

Strong conceptual clarity and ability to simplify complex topics

​

Experience with structured pedagogy and exam-oriented teaching frameworks
