We’re looking for a hands-on Business Generalist to work directly with the founder and help drive the 0→1 journey. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing tactically — someone who can help shape the product, grow users, and build for scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design and run early GTM and growth experiments

Build and optimize referral, retention, and monetization levers

​

Work cross-functionally with product and content teams

​

Set up creator/influencer collaborations and micro-campaigns

​

Build processes from scratch where none exist — and iterate fast

​

Who We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in a startup, founder’s office, GTM or operating role

​

Understanding of consumer internet, especially mobile-first apps

​

Strong problem-solving, execution, and communication skills

​

Fluent in Hindi & English;

empathy for Bharat/Tier 2+ audiences

​

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast

​

Good to Have

Prior experience in EdTech, social apps, or vernacular-first platforms

​

Exposure to zero-to-one product journeys

​

Interest in language learning, voice tech, or AI-driven products
